This comprehensive M&E delivery covers a variety of services, including:

  • Site Setup: Temporary site electrics and plumbing were installed to facilitate smooth operations from the start.

  • M&E Design and SAP Calculations: Full design services, including Stage 5 M&E design and energy efficiency calculations (SAP), were provided to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

  • Electrical Installation & Plumbing Works: The project includes complete electrical fixed wiring installation and domestic plumbing services.

  • Heating Systems & Sanitary Ware: Installation of energy-efficient heating, including Air Source Heat pump systems, and the supply and installation of sanitary ware.

  • Renewables Integration: The project prioritizes renewable energy, with whole-house ventilation (MVHR), solar photovoltaic (PV) systems, electric vehicle (EV) charging, and air source heat pumps (ASHP) integrated into the design.

  • Testing and Commissioning: Final testing and commissioning will ensure that all systems function optimally, and comprehensive operations & maintenance (O&M) manuals will be provided for long-term management.

Highlight: Solar PV Installation

One of the project’s key milestones has been the installation of a sleek all-black Solar PV system featuring high-efficiency 420W panels on the roofs of the buildings. This renewable energy integration is part of the client's strategy to reduce long-term operational costs and contribute to environmental sustainability.
