Scope of work: 
The project started with a complete demolition and strip-out of existing rooms. We removed the wall between the kitchen and dining room to create an open-concept space and made a new structural opening in the external masonry for bi-folding doors and glazing. A new office area was built, and the heating system was upgraded with a modern wet underfloor heating system.

We installed new insulation, a screed floor topped with a sleek resin finish, and implemented a new lighting design with updated power requirements. The interior was enhanced with new skirtings, internal doors, and a complete decoration. The result is a transformed, modern living space that combines functionality and style.
